Pre-Paid Orders

  • Shipping Timeline: Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.
    A tracking link will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.

  • Pre-Order Products: Some items are available on a pre-order basis.
    For these, tentative shipping timelines are mentioned in the product description.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days.

  • Refund Deduction: In case of a return, a ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Shipping Timeline: COD orders are shipped within 2–3 working days.
    A tracking link will be sent via Email and WhatsApp.

  • Shipping Charges: An additional ₹60 shipping fee applies to COD orders.
    This fee is non-refundable and added at checkout.

  • Refund Deduction: On return, a ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
    plus the non-refundable ₹60 COD charge.
